Nex & Bridge Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) collects and uses personal information only when a visitor sends an inquiry from their own email app and the Company receives it in its mailbox. A business email address combined with a name can identify a specific individual and therefore constitutes personal information. 2. How the Inquiry Is Delivered

Selecting the inquiry button opens a draft message in the visitor’s own email app. The Company receives the inquiry only after the visitor selects Send and the message is delivered to contact@nexenbridge.com.
3. Your Rights
You may request access to your personal information or ask the Company to correct, delete, or stop processing it at any time. Email contact@nexenbridge.com. The Company will take action without delay.
4. Destruction Procedure
The Company destroys personal information without delay when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted using methods that prevent recovery or reproduction.
