Nex & Bridge Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) collects and uses personal information when a visitor sends an inquiry from their own email app and the Company receives it in its mailbox. A business email address combined with a name can identify a specific individual and therefore constitutes personal information. This policy explains how that information is collected, used, retained, and destroyed. Website usage is measured with the aggregate visitor statistics service described in Section 3.

2. How the Inquiry Is Delivered
The website does not store information entered in the inquiry form on a separate server or with an external form-processing service. Selecting the inquiry button opens a draft message in the visitor’s own email app. The Company receives the inquiry only after the visitor selects Send and the message is delivered to contact@nexenbridge.com.
3. Visitor Statistics
The website uses GoatCounter (goatcounter.com) to understand how the site is used. When a page loads, the page address, the previous page address (referrer), browser and operating system information, and screen size are sent to GoatCounter, which determines the visitor’s country from the connecting IP address. GoatCounter states that it does not store IP addresses or browser information and uses them only temporarily to distinguish visits. The Company reviews only aggregate statistics, such as visits per page, referrers, and shares by country and device. It does not identify individual visitors or combine these statistics with inquiry information or any other data. The Company does not set cookies for visitor statistics. GoatCounter processes this information under the GoatCounter Privacy Policy.
4. Your Rights
You may request access to your personal information or ask the Company to correct, delete, or stop processing it at any time. Email contact@nexenbridge.com. The Company will take action without delay.
5. Destruction Procedure
The Company destroys personal information without delay when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted using methods that prevent recovery or reproduction.
